2. Network Monitoring
This is a feature that allows you to check the network connection quality between the remote browser of the container and the user browser in real time.
Real-time monitoring of the network status allows for quick responses in case of issues.
How to use
- Accessing the Business System (Website) After Connecting to SHIELDGate
- Click the Performance icon on the right side of the top bar.
- Check the current value and 30-second average value of each metric in the Performance status window, and observe the trend through the graph.
- Close status window by re-clicking the icon

1. Page Load Time
Measures the time it takes for the webpage to load.

General Performance Criteria
- Excellent: within 1-3 seconds
- Normal: 3-5 seconds

2. Video Information
Displays streaming quality information of the remote browser.

Resolution
- Current resolution of the video being streamed
3. FPS (Frames Per Second)
Measures the number of frames displayed per second.
unit: fps
Features: The greater the change on the screen, the higher it rises.
General Performance Criteria
- 30+ fps: Very smooth screen
- 20-30 fps: Smooth screen
- 15-20 fps: Slight stuttering phenomenon
- 15 fps or lower: Severe stuttering

4. Bitrate
Measures the amount of data transmitted per second.

Features: The greater the change on the screen, the higher it rises.

- Defective: below 0.5 Mbps

5. Packet Loss
Indicates the ratio of lost data packets among the transmitted data packets.
